Silver Flame x Sunset by Bright Shadow

A double "silver" grand-daughter of Silver Gilt, Sa'lilah, is by the Worth-bred British National Champion Silver Flame. Sa'lilah is the only grey filly that Sunset ever produced and a double "Silver" grand-daughter of Silver Gilt. Sa'lilah was the resullt of the return to owner breeding after Mrs. Archer's lease of Sunset for 1 year was over. Worth Stud requested first right of refusal on the foal should it be a filly. Sa'lilah was finally purchased by Worth stud as a two year old.

Sa'lilah and her daughter Sema by Prince Saraph are on lease from Worth Stud to Binley Arabian Stud at present where Sa'lilah is one of Binley Stud's foundation Mare's. Sa'lilah is shown to have produced 9 foals 4 stallion; *Sa Ika and *Seffer by Prince Saraph, *Sha'il by Silver Blue and *Carmagnole by *Carmargue were exported to the United States and 1 stallion, *Seyad by Silver Shimitar to the United States and then to Canada. Three of Sa'Lilah's daughters, Sema by Prince Saraph , Sefina by Silvern Idyll and Sa'ira by Indian Idyll are in the breeding shed and or the show ring at present.
