quote from Douglas & Margaret Marshall:
"As one of the most eminent sons of Nazeer*, and who's get and grandget have carried his name into innumerable championships, *Morafic's place in history of the breed is certain. For nine years in Egypt and another nine at Glennloch Farms, *Morafic sired foals inbred with their father's most beloved qualities: spirit, refinement and a presence that captivated all who saw him. *Morafic sons and daughters have won seven National Championships, seven Reserve National Championships, 29 national Top Tens, six National Futurity Championships and 30 get-of-sire championships."
May 1986 Arabian Horse World:
"*Morafic's last two foals were born in 1975, bringing his total of American-bred offspring to 151, all but 15 of which were bred by Glennloch, members of the Marshall family, or members of the McNair family. All but 42 of *Morafic's American-bred foals are grey. In Egypt, *Morafic sired 31 sons and 27 daughters, for a lifetime total of 209 foals."
